Summary
"We wanted to make a whole movie, but it was hard! So we went home." "Neon Maniacs" is approximately two thirds of a crappy movie about a roving horde of rejects from other monster movies. This motorcycle mob of mismatched manic monsters stalks a twenty-eight year old virginal high school girl and her hideously stupid, wishes he was Rick Springfield, boyfriend through the parks, hallways, swimming pools, and subways of San Francisco. The subway is, naturally, deserted as there is no subway in San Francisco, subways being highly inadvisable in earthquake country, but that won't stop these monsters from taking it for a joy ride! Without the help of the authorities but with the help of a fearless and horribly rude sophomore (and sophomoric) wanna-be horror movie director, these feisty "teens" will have to do battle with the most random assortment of villains that San Fran has ever seen. Will they have what it takes? I don't know - no one bothered to make the end of the movie!
